It's Time to Start Your Healing
Mindset Coaching with Guided Imagery and Energy Healing
In this session, I (Regina K) will provide a safe environment for you to be able to get comfortable and discuss your personal goals, and choose a plan be best achieve those personal goals. We will then move into guided imagery individualized to your needs. Finished off with a hands-on form of japanese healing designd to clear any blocks that may be contributing to you not being abl to reach your highest potential. - Cost: $150 session - Length 90 min
Guided Imagery with Energy Healing
In this session, we will identify goals and design a personalized guided imagry to help achieve that goal(s). We will usue different tools to reach these specific goals included but not limited to ETF (Tapping), sound healing and affirmations. Afterwards, we will complete this session with a hands-on form of Japanese healing to clear and heal the mind and body. - Cost: $100 session Length 1 Hour
Reiki Energy Healing
In this session, we will use divine energy healing known as Reiki. Where you will be encouraged to lay on your back on a massage table, get comfortable, and be open to receive the divine energy healing. During this time, I will play relaxing music designed to assist in balancing your mind and body. This is designed to provide relief in stress, axiety, joint pain and negative side effects from your past emotional trauma. - Cost: $75 session length: 45 min
